I ordered a Thermalright LGA 17XX-BCF CPU Bending Correction Fixed Buckle on March 13 and paid Rs. 1400 + Rs. 300 shipping in advance, even though shipping was mentioned as free on their product page. The product was delivered on March 19 but was sent as COD.
When I contacted the company, they asked me to pay Rs. 1400 to the courier and promised a refund later. Despite already paying Rs. 1700, the courier still demanded the product amount. I refused and requested a refund first, but they insisted I pay again and wait for reimbursement.
If they remembered the shipping payment, how did they forget the product payment? I was not willing to pay again and wait indefinitely.
When I refused, their behavior became rude, and I had to block them. I had planned to buy more items (two motherboards, RGB casing, cooling kit etc.), but after this experience, I will not deal with pakbyte again.
It took 10 days to arrive, but it was packed properly and it works great
Better than what i expected delivery took its sweet time like 6 Days but it was worth waiting
