To place an order, add your desired items to the cart and proceed to checkout. After confirming your order, make your payment using the available methods such as Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa. Once the payment is made, send a screenshot along with your order number via WhatsApp, email, or our Facebook page. During business hours, your payment will be verified, and your order will be processed on the same day.

Payment

We accept all local payment methods in Pakistan, including EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Transfer. This convenient feature is a great benefit for our customers who don’t have a credit card, allowing them to easily complete their purchases.

If a client or customer is unable to make their installment payment on time, a late fee of 2000 PKR will be applied to the following month's installment.

Shipping & Delivery

For our customers in Karachi, we provide same-day delivery. For those outside Karachi, items are delivered within 18 hours to 1 day, depending on the service selected during the call, such as overnight or 2-day delivery.

We provide deliveries within Karachi through PakByte vehicles, taking full responsibility for any damages during transit. Although it's rare, if you receive a sealed or unused item that is found damaged upon unboxing, the product is eligible for a warranty claim if a warranty is available.

To be eligible for a warranty claim, you must have the original invoice along with the original box and accessories. The item will be sent for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to the brand, which may take anywhere from 1 to 3 days or 25 to 30 days, depending on the brand's process. Your item will be replaced once the RMA is completed. In some cases, if the item has been discontinued or is no longer in production, a refund may be processed.
